Using the Krimp tool to catch fish at Gigantica

Using the Krimp tool to catch fish at Gigantica

For more information visit http://www.gigantica-carp.com

We’ve been fielding questions about the release date for what seems like years, but we’re finally ready to unveil the Krimp Tool. This clever system will allow us all to reach brand-new heights of neatness in rig creation.

The Krimps and Krimp tool have been designed to allow easy rig construction with stiff materials (at the moment we only recommend Hybrid Stiff and Mouth Trap). In particular, we’re really excited about the potential to create extremely neat loops for chod rigs. Not only this, but using Krimps will allow you to create chod rigs that are exactly the same length each and every time.

There are two sizes of Krimp available, which have been designed to suit different materials. The smaller one will suit stiff bristle materials like Mouth Trap and stiff coated braids, like our Hybrid Stiff, and the larger one is perfect for really thick materials (like 30lb plus mono).

The product development team went to extreme lengths to make sure that the Krimps and Krimp tools were exactly right, having to overcome various problems along the way. The complexity of getting the tool and Krimps just right has meant that this has been a long development, but we’re sure that it’s been well worth the wait. Judging from the interest that you’ve shown in this product range, it’s about to become one of Korda’s most popular products!

Korda Tapered Subline and Tapered Subline Leaders

Korda Tapered Subline and Tapered Subline Leaders

For more information visit http://www.korda.co.uk

We now boast arguably the most respected range of lines and hook links in fishing. As with many of our product lines, this range was developed because we simply couldn’t find acceptable products out there that we were happy using. Of course, it’s developed way beyond that and we now develop groundbreaking products every year.

Our hook link range has developed substantially in recent times with the introduction of the N-Trap family of coated-braid hook links, which now includes Soft and Semi-Stiff variants. Added to this, we still produce the ever-popular Hybrid Stiff, the super-supple Supernatural braids, IQ Fluorocarbons and Mouth Trap stiff-rig filament. There literally isn’t a niche that we don’t fill with our hook link range!

Since we entered the main line market we’ve won thousands of loyal fans, who wouldn’t dream of using anything other than Kontour, Adrena-line or SUBline. We’ve since added tapered main line and leaders, made from the phenomenally robust SUBline, which are set to be extremely popular. We’re proud to say that the Korda name is now synonymous with quality main line.

Yardsticks

Yard Sticks make fishing accurately easier than ever before and, due to a couple of stand-out features, they are much more effective than conventional banksticks.
The Sticks come complete with a 12ft cord so you can set them out the right distance quickly and efficiently. The cord boasts three colour-coded toggle stops that enable you to mark three different spots. On other sticks, if you hit the clip between the two poles, you have to roughly guess where to clip the rod up when remarking the rods, which is not ideal if you’re fishing a small area.
Unlike standard banksticks, the Yard Sticks have a slight curve in the end of them. This gentle curve ensures your main line peels effortlessly off the poles if you stand in between them both and start reeling. There’s no need to remove the wraps turn by turn like with conventional sticks.
